SmartSupport Hours are a great option for our students who want tech support after they take our classes! With SmartSupport Hours, you get one-on-one hourly technical support sessions with our expert instructors and developers in the topic of your choice.

Students first learn how to use the product in our hands-on, instructor led training classes and then can add SmartSupport Hours to help with specific questions and issues relating to their projects. All sessions are scheduled in advance and conducted online via WebEx for your convenience.

SmartSupport hours can be used by one individual or by multiple people within the same organization. Students have 1 year from the date of purchase to use their hours.

SmartSupport Hours are available for purchase in 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 15, 20, 50, and 100 hour packs. You can also convert your SmartPasses to Smart Support Hours! Each 2-day training class SmartPass is equal to 4 SmartSupport Hours.
