Please join class at 8:00am EST for your technical check. Public Training Classes run from 8:30am-3:00pm EST.

What are my login credentials for my Class Computer?

 Please join the Zoom meeting on the morning of class at 8:00AM EST to receive your login credentials!

What are the technical requirements for training?

1. Reliable high-speed internet

2. Computer Mouse

3. Two Monitors:
– One monitor to join Zoom class link (instructor)
– One monitor to access your Class Computer
*Important* If you plan on using a Chromebook or iPad or TV for your class, this will require you to schedule a pre-flight with our team to verify your set up.

How do I join the class?

Use the Zoom Class Link that you receive 3 weeks prior to your class.

Why aren’t my login credentials working?

Your Class Computer is only available from 8:00AM – 3:30PM EST on your registered class dates.
