Apple’s macOS Support Essentials 10.12 gives you a tour of macOS Sierra features and describes the best ways to support macOS Sierra users. In this hands-on, three-day course, you will gain real-world experience and will go deep inside Apple macOS 10.12 Sierra, offering in-depth, step-by-step guidance on everything from installing and configuring Sierra to managing networks and system administration. Learn how to set up users, configure system preferences, manage security and permissions, use diagnostic and repair tools, troubleshoot peripheral devices, and more. This course will prepare you for Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 10.12 certification or recertification. Note: macOS Sierra is the most recent operating system release, previously known as OS X.
