Intermediate AutoCAD Training Course Description:

Autodesk’s AutoCAD software was one of the first CAD (Computer-aided design) programs, and is the most widely used CAD application today. AutoCAD is used for 2D and 3D design and drafting in, every discipline including: architecture, MEP, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, structural engineering, electronics, interior design and industrial design. AutoCAD also can be used to generate STL (StereoLithography) files for 3D printing.

In ThinkB!G’s Intermediate AutoCAD training course, you will build upon the foundation topics covered in our introduction course and become more efficient in your AutoCAD design. In this 2-day hands-on course, students will explore options and features available including tracking, layers, styles, xrefs and more!

AutoCAD Bootcamp Available:

ThinkB!G offers AutoCAD training in two ways to fit your busy schedule! You can take Intro by itself for 3 days and then Intermediate for 2 days when you are ready OR you can complete both trainings at once in a 5-day bootcamp. Prerequisites for Attending Intermediate AutoCAD Training Course:

Students need to have completed our Introduction to AutoCAD course or have working knowledge in all topics covered in the Introduction to AutoCAD course outline. Students must have a good working knowledge of computers, operating systems, using a mouse, keyboard, standard menus and commands. Students must be able to open, save, and close applications, files, as well as navigate to other folders.
