2000s - The Launch of ThinkB!G.LearnSmart.

Founded in 2000, ThinkB!G. Learn Smart.® was built on one guiding belief: Learning is Personal™. The company pioneered Project-Based Training®, helping professionals “Learn While They Build”—turning real-world projects into hands-on learning experiences that deliver results.

As an Authorized Training and Testing Center for Adobe and Apple, and now an Authorized Training Partner for Blackmagic Design’s DaVinci Resolve and Epic Games’ Unreal Engine, ThinkB!G also delivers expert-led hands-on training in Microsoft and Articulate technologies—and offers its Exclusively Built Here Courses™ in AI Prompting, 508 Accessibility, and other emerging skills where no industry courses yet exist—combining certification readiness with practical, production-based results. Leveraging its industry expertise in technology delivered training, ThinkB!G launched VOLT® (Virtual Online Live Training) becoming the industry’s pivot to online live learning adoption due to COVID, creating the standard used today.

1990s - Scaling Learning Through Technology Enablement.

During the rise of eLearning, Christine Abunassar joined the founding team of CBT Systems (later Skillsoft) to help forge the Microsoft Strategic Alliance, launching the first technology-delivered certification training for Microsoft Certified Professionals. This groundbreaking initiative proved that technology could be used to teach technology worldwide—redefining professional learning at scale.

1980s - Driving Technology in the Workforce.

Christine Abunassar, Founder and CEO of ThinkB!G. Learn Smart.®, launched her career in the early 1980s at the rise of the IT industry, helping bring emerging technologies to market. During this pivotal era for visual communications and presentation tools, she served as U.S. Air Force Strategic Alliance Director for Software Publishing Corporation, leading the global adoption, training, and deployment of Harvard Graphics—the first PC-based presentation software. This initiative helped usher in the transition from early desktop applications to the widespread dominance of Microsoft Office, setting the stage for a more connected, technology-enabled workforce.
