What is the difference between the Introduction (2-Day) or Advanced (2-Day) courses and the BootCamp (4-Day) courses?

The Introduction (2-Day) & Advanced (2-Day) combined make up the 4-Day BootCamp Training. You can take the Introduction or Advanced courses separately at different times, or you can take the BootCamp with the consecutive 4-days.

What does Public Enrollment Training mean?

This is a training session that runs based on the number of students. If less than 4 students are registered, then it may result in canceling the class. Our training classes can include individuals from many different organizations, so it allows for engagement throughout the class to be well-rounded and a great learning environment for everyone. Students attend the training Virtually Online Live (VOLT).

What is your Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for Private, Project Based Training® Classes?

1. No penalty if cancellation/reschedule is 16 Business Days (Monday-Friday) prior to the first date of class. 2. 50% penalty will be incurred if cancellation/reschedule is less than 16 Business Days (Monday-Friday) prior to the first date of class. This fee is to cover instructor expenses, travel, and course materials purchased. Cancellation/Reschedule Policy for Individual Students in Custom/Private Training Classes:
  • Individual students registered in a private class, who cancel or do not show, are not eligible for a partial refund or reschedule. Registration is transferable to another student. Please contact your class organizer or manager if you need to cancel.

What is your Payment Policy for SmartPass® Training Vouchers Learning Licenses?

Payment and/or Purchase Order is required 16 Business Days (Monday-Friday) prior to first date of training service.

What is your Payment Policy for Private, Project Based Training® Classes?

Payment and/or Purchase Order is required 16 Business Days (Monday-Friday) prior to first date of training service.  Pricing provided is firm fixed price based on number of students. Client is responsible for entire amount regardless of change in number of registrations.

How to Become an Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI)?

  • This is for Adobe Certified Experts (ACEs) who provide Instruction on Adobe products.
  • Instructors must first pass the appropriate Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) exam(s).
  • Instructors must also meet the qualification of holding a valid teaching credential (CompTIA CTT+, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Novell Certified Instructor, Certified Lotus Instructor, Apple Certified Trainer, or a government-issued teaching credential)
  • Note: There is no fee to be approved in the ACI Program.

How to Become an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)?

  • Adobe Certified Experts are exactly that–Experts!
  • The ACE Certification exam requires expert level knowledge of the Adobe application and is recommended to have at least two years of active experience to be ready for this exam.

What is VOLT™ (Virtual Online Live Training)?

This is Remote Online Live Instructor-Led Training, NOT Self-Paced! • Join our Virtual Classroom & LOG ON to Access Software & Files–No Installs! • Our Certified Instructor-Led Training is hands-on live learning from anywhere for the same In-Person training experience with no travel! • Instructor will have live view of student’s screen for interactive support. • Engage live with the Instructor & students, ask questions, perform hands-on exercises while viewing live classroom screen share!
Virtual Online Live Training (VOLT) Students with LOG ON Think BIG Computer Access:
• You will use our computer to LOG ON to Access Software & Files during class.
• No Installs or Downloads or Software License Required. Technical Set-Up Needed for Virtually Online Live:
• Access to Web Browser Google Chrome/Google Meet (Alternative: Firefox)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection, as audio is handled through the online meeting.
• Participant’s email and direct phone number for immediate communication and support.
• Hardware Required:
— Microphone (built-in to your computer, or external) for two-way communication.
— Headphones, earbuds, or computer speakers for live class audio.

Do you have Government Pricing / GSA Schedule?

Yes! Our specialty is offering discounted pricing for training to the Government with our GSA Schedule.
